Description
The Project & Volunteer Coordinator will be the primary lead for the Aspirations Day Program and Charity Shop, with a key role of the Project & Volunteer Coordinator to recruit and manage a cohort of volunteers. This will include ensuring all volunteers will receive the necessary training and support. Having the co-ordinator role in place will mean that the number of volunteers supporting the service can be increased, improving the sustainability of the service and its support to the vulnerable cohort.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. Justification for using direct award A: As per the award criteria for Direct Award Route A under the PSR, SCC believe Aspirations (who currently provide the existing service) are the only provider in the local area who work specifically to support this cohort of individuals & can meet the specified requirements.
