Other Information

Important Tender Update - 3rd July 2026 REF: C431730 GP Surgeries APMS Contracts Tender The Contracting Authority, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB), has taken the decision to grant an extension of time of ten working days (two weeks) for the APMS procurement process to allow for the review and publication of additional information and for responses and submissions to be made. Having considered the clarification questions submitted to date, we have identified that the majority relate to TUPE information, financial data, financial sustainability and property matters. We have listened carefully to this feedback and believe it is important to provide greater clarity and more time to support bidders in preparing their responses. It is our intention to update and issue the following information within the next two weeks: a new Finance Schedule for contract Documents 3a and 3b, updated contract envelopes with supporting footnotes for Document 7 Lots 1 and 2 and Document 4 - Commercial Offer revised TUPE data more comprehensive responses to some of the remaining CQs. We are not planning updates to any other tender documents at this time. The duration of the pause is ten working days, taking the submission deadline to Friday 31st July 2026. The deadline for CQs will also be extended. If we can get the updated information uploaded sooner, then we will amend the submission deadline accordingly. Similarly, if it takes longer than ten working days, then we will extend further. The ICB anticipates that bidders will welcome the additional clarity and updated financial information. Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued engagement. We hope you will see this as a positive approach. Updates to the Portal and Public Notice will immediately follow.
