Description

To provide Dry Out Services during incidents of major flood or water leakage. The contract deliverables for the entire term are: • supply of dehumidifiers. • supply of desiccant sets. • carry out moisture tests. • offer flood and fire damaged services. • offer building sanitisation, microbial treatments, deep cleans and carpet treatments. • provide hire of air movers. • provide delivery and collection services. • provide emptying checking services of de-humidifiers. Services are generally required during normal hours, but there may be occasion where an out of hours service is required. Example jobs would include: • Seasonal flooding (rainfall) / surface water flooding • Flooding following fire at adjacent property • Bursts on supply pipework (including in block of flats)
