This is a Most Suitable Provider Process under the Provider Selection Regime to secure a Crisis Text Helpline Service for all ages across North West London and North Central London for the NHS West and North Integrated Care Board. This is a fully managed clinical service operating via a Text Crisis helpline function to run parallel to the 111 services for Mental Health Support working to reduce crisis in all ages.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.’The most suitable provider will be assessed via the Key 5 Criteria to demonstrate suitability as the most capable supplier for the needs of the specification. The supplier must be able to provide the full service and not just part as the procurement is not in Lots. There are qualification stages which must be fully passed to be identified as the most suitable provider.
