Westminster City Council (WCC) This is commissioning a pilot service to deliver culturally appropriate, community-led mental health support for Global Majority (GM) residents in the North Paddington wards of Queen's Park, Harrow Road, Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice and Westbourne. this provider selection has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded.
