The Multiple Sclerosis ManagementService for Children, includes patientswith suspected Multiple Sclerosis(MS)or equally rare ‘MS-like’, recurrentacquired demyelinatingsyndromes(ADS) or who have had afirst demyelination episode and have ahigh risk of relapse which would requirea similar treatment approach, including:Neuromyelitis Optica SpectrumDisorder (NMO, NMOSD) andotherAQP4 antibody associateddemyelination; Myelin OligodendrocyteGlycoprotein (MOG) antibodyassociated relapsing demyelination andother forms of recurrent relapsingdemyelination.The MS Hub Lead Centres aregeographically spaced across theRegional areas of NHS England asfollows:i) Lot 1 - North comprising the NHSEngland Regions: the North East andYorkshire; the North West,ii) Lot 2 - the Midlands comprising theNHS England Regions: the Midlands;the East of Englandiii) Lot 3 - London and the South:comprising the South East; the SouthWest; London
