Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) service for eligible adults resettling in Herefordshire. This procurement is being re-issued following the discontinuation of a previous tender exercise which was recently advertised to the market.
