Description

Loughborough College is inviting providers to tender to deliver full qualifications at a variety of levels. Partnership tenders should complement our sub-contracting policy with the aim of adding strategic value to existing College provision, and enhancing the quality, range, and geographical coverage of the College’s Adult Skills Fund provision. Full details of the College’s Requirements can be found in the Specification within this document (Schedule 1).

Renewal Options

Loughborough College proposes to enter into one Contract with the successful Tenderer(s) for an initial period of 12 months. The anticipated Contract commencement date is 1 September 2026 (or such other date as the College may direct), with the initial Contract period ending on 31 July 2027. At the College's sole discretion, the Contract may be extended for up to three further periods of 12 months each, subject to satisfactory performance, continued funding availability, ongoing business need, and continued compliance with the Department for Education (DfE) Adult Skills Fund (ASF) funding rules and any other applicable statutory or regulatory requirements in force at the time of each extension. There is no obligation on the College to exercise any extension option, and no expectation or entitlement on the part of the Contractor that the Contract will continue beyond the initial Contract period. The maximum possible Contract term shall expire on 31 July 2030.
