The consultancy covers three workstreams: a review of the major works capital programme; specialist procurement support to clear the housing procurement backlog; and an extension of the Interim Director of Quality & Investment role to provide leadership, improve capital programme delivery, strengthen asset management, and support regulatory compliance."
