Description

This tender is for three consultations, Lower Green Recreation Ground, Littleheath Recreation Ground and George Froude Open Space. Elmbridge Borough Council would like to conduct the successful tenderer to conduct a diverse and even consultation (physical and / or digital) with the local community. This should aim to understand what residents what the residents want to use the spaces for, and in play areas, what type of play activities they would like to have. The outputs of this consultation will be the following: • A report of the consultation results which will be made publicly available by the council • A proposal document of recommendations of how to use the space(s) based on the consultation results. This will be made publicly available by the council. • A proposal document for the play area which can be used for a procurement exercise with contractors. • A summarised version of the consultation results and proposals to be used in a procurement exercise. 1.1. To be considered, tenderers are expected to submit a thorough and concise bid response for this tender. In accordance with the Technical Specification document. Tenderers are invited to visit the site prior to submitting a detailed response to ensure they satisfy themselves with the site and requirements to be able to submit an innovative response that ensures compliance and value for money.
