Description

Provision of integrated security, car parking and reception services for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust across University Hospital Lewisham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the Trust's community sites. The contract includes manned guarding, security patrols, CCTV monitoring and incident response, reception services and access control administration, and community mobile patrols with key holding and alarm response. It also covers car park management and enforcement, cash collection, and a 24/7 parking contact centre, delivered by SIA-licensed personnel accredited under the Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme.

Renewal Options

Option to extend the initial three (3) year contract for up to two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, subject to satisfactory performance and continued service requirement. Maximum total contract term: Five (5) years.
