Description

The Contracting Authority wish to procure Microsoft Enterprise licences from a suitably qualified entity. Licences must be provided in line with Document 02 - Specification of Requirements.

Renewal Options

The contract is for an initial period of two (2) years with The Contracting Authorities reserving the option to exercise up to two (2) contractual extensions of 12 months (2+1+1). The Contracting Authority reserve the right to offer longer extensions but the total of these will not exceed 2 years and the maximum contract duration shall be 4 years.
