Description

The Derbyshire County Council (DCC) Lamp Column EV Charging Program is a Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Scheme project, with partial grant funding received from the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV). The project aims to provide local a minimum of 1000 standard chargers installed in or powered from lamp columns, in areas with high dependence on-street parking.

Renewal Options

On or before a date falling no later than six (6) months prior to the Expiry Date, the Authority shall have the sole option to give written notice to the Concessionaire of its desire to extend the Expiry Date by a fixed period of one (1) year (the "Concession Period Extension"). If the Authority serves a notice in accordance with this clause 5.1, the Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions of the Contract shall continue to apply for the duration of the Concession Period Extension.
