Description

Sunderland City Council currently commission the provision of the Election and Electoral Registration Print services to provide high quality documentation to accommodate the requirements for elections material and electoral registration documents. This notice is to inform of the award of the extension to the Election and Electoral Registration Print which was awarded under the NEPO Framework (NEPO504) for the provision of Election and Electoral Registration Print for a three year term with an option to extend for a maximum of 36 months. The original award notice is not available, due to a change in the E-procurement system some documents are no longer available, therefore this award is to inform of the award of the optional 36 month extension.

Total Quantity or Scope

To accommodate both poll stations and postal votes, as part of the Council's election and electoral, the Council has an ongoing requirement for the provision of election and electoral registration print, which includes: Election Printing • In Person Poll Cards • Poll Station Ballot Books • Postal Ballot Packs • Postal Poll Cards Electoral Registration Printing • Registration Forms • Covering Letters • Outer and Return Envelopes
