Want to Partner with Serco to Transform Lives and Communities? Serco intends to participate in the Department for Work and Pensions' forthcoming Future Employment Support (FES) procurement, designed to help unemployed Universal Credit claimants move closer to work, enter sustainable employment and progress in their careers. FES is expected to provide personalised, locally responsive support tailored to individual needs. This may include skills and training, work experience, employer-led pathways, job brokerage, self-employment support, coaching, health and wellbeing interventions, childcare and travel support, and access to specialist services such as ESOL, mental health, substance misuse and disability support. We are particularly interested in: Skills, training and education providers Community and voluntary organisations Employer engagement and recruitment specialists Health, wellbeing and disability support providers ESOL, inclusion and equality-focused organisations Providers supporting people with complex barriers to work Youth, family and disadvantaged group specialists Housing, justice and rehabilitation organisations What We Are Looking For We would like to hear from organisations that can demonstrate: Success in supporting people into employment, education or training Strong local knowledge and community relationships Experience supporting participants with additional or complex needs Effective employer engagement and labour market connections Personalised, customer-centred delivery Innovative and evidence-based approaches Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement Inclusive and accessible services Market Engagement As part of our bid development activity, we will be engaging with potential partners through: Market engagement events and webinars Regional and thematic workshops One-to-one discussions Requests for Information (RFIs) Co-design and solution development sessions Early engagement will help shape our delivery model and provide opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
