GLF Schools seeks to engage a Service Provider for the provision of a complete legal advice service, including support on admissions, exclusions, SEND-related matters, safeguarding and child protection issues, managing complaints, disciplinary issues, public law matters, academy conversions, rebrokerage, Data Protection and Freedom of Information obligations, fraud and risk-related issues, comprehensive governance and regulatory advice, employment and HR law, commercial and contract law, Property, estates, and construction matters, corporate finance and taxation, litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Renewal Options

Two x 12-month extension options.
