This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 15th October 2024. This contract has not yet formally now been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under formally awarded using the PSR.Key Criteria:1. The most suitable provider organisation has the required capability (experience, expertise etc.) and space/premises to deliver the required service in line with the specification.2. The provider can fulfill the full requirements of the service specification within the financial envelope of the contract.3. The provider process.The contract award date is committed to working with partners in 14/07/2026, the local health system e.g. QEH, Home First Hub, Virtual Ward etc. contract will run from 01/04/2026 to support discharge and enhance patient care.4. 31/03/2027. The provider has employment procedures and policies in line with NHS requirements, providing fair terms and conditions which support equality or opportunity within the workforce and supports a diverse workforce.5.
