Description

The City of London (the “Lead Authority”) is acting on behalf of itself and the other contracting authorities listed within the contract to procure the pan-London customer facing sexual health portal and associated sexual health services. The aim of the services is to provide an online user interface which is accessible 24/7, that ensures service users access the most appropriate service for their reported sexual health needs.

Legal Justification

The standstill period has not yet concluded, resulting in there not being sufficient time for mobilisation of the new service prior to the contract commencement date. The modification provides for a twelve-month extension to the existing contract together with associated value uplifts required to continue service delivery. The modification is limited to the minimum period necessary to ensure service continuity while the replacement procurement and transition activities are carried out to completion. The increase in value resulting from this modification remains below 25% of the original contract value.
