Description
Vico Homes ltd (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Employers Agent (Valuation only) Consultancy Services at Stump Cross, Boroughbridge. The project completions by contractor starting in December 2026 with valuations starts by June 2026 and final plot completion by October 2030, but valuations will start in June 2026 with the first golden brick plot and 53 months to deliver 87 homes.
