Framework Agreement for the provision of Maintenance of Fixed Equipment

Description

The scope of this service is to provide: The maintenance, call outs, repairs of Fixed Equipment and repairs resulting from defects reported from a Thorough Examination of Fixed Equipment. Services to Fixed Equipment that shall comprise, but not be limited to: - a full comprehensive service maintenance and repair provision. the removal and storage of Fixed Equipment. minor modifications as instructed by the Authority. the use of spares from Fixed Equipment removals to undertake repairs. a twenty-four (24) hour call out facility. services as may be expressly required by the Authority from time to time following a Thorough Examination of the Fixed Equipment by the Authority's insurance providers. This service relates to Premises which are ordinarily located within the County of Staffordshire. However, from time to time the Authority may have a small number of locations based outside of the County boundary and which shall be included in this Specification.

Renewal Options

At the Authority's entire discretion, the term may be extended by 24 months to a final end date of 15th November 2030 on the same terms for such period in accordance with the contract.
