HDUHB is seeking bids from forward-thinking and innovative partnerships wishing to provide primary medical services for the General Medical Services (GMS) or Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) Contract in the Meddyfa’r Sarn area.

Total Quantity or Scope

The EMIS Web practice is currently managed by HDUHB and provides services to approximately 4300 patients from a premises in Pontyates. One of eight practices in the Amman Gwendraeth Cluster, the community is served locally by Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli (8 miles), and Glangwilli General Hospital, Carmarthen (11 miles). The aim is to return the practice to independent contractor status from 1 April 2027.
