As British Council Bangladesh operations continue to expand nationwide, there is significant potential for growth in the demand for transport services. In view of this expansion, we invite interested service providers to take part in this tender. These services primarily involve in country transportation of materials, with a strong emphasis on ensuring that confidential and irreplaceable documents are delivered to their intended destinations in a safe, secure, and timely manner. This tender is being issued in two (2) separate lots: Lot 1: Transport Services Lot 2: Confidential Materials (CM) Movement Services

Bidders may apply for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 individually, or for both lots together, depending on their capability and interest. Separate or combined submissions must clearly indicate the lot(s) being applied for and demonstrate compliance with the relevant requirements. Each lot will be evaluated independently based on the supplier’s submitted response, including quality, methodology, technical compliance, and commercial considerations, as applicable. The British Council reserves the right to award one or both lots to the same supplier or to different suppliers, based on the evaluation outcome. Supplier selection will be made based on the most economically advantageous offer, considering the best overall response in terms of service quality, methodology, compliance, and value for money. The detailed scope of work is defined under Schedule 1: Detailed Specification.
