Renewal Options

The Contract will be established for an initial period of three years (36 months) with an option to extend at ESPO’s sole discretion for a further period or periods up to a total of two additional years (24 months), taking the contract term to a maximum of 5 years (60 months). The total estimated value captured in this notice includes this option to extend the contract as noted here.
