Description
BlueLight Commercial (Tendering Authority) on behalf of The Metropolitan Police Service (Contracting Authority) (together the Authorities) issued a Further Competition to award a Call-Off Contract for the Provision of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Social Media Screening Capabilities. This Further Competition was conducted under the Open-source Intelligence (OSINT) Software for social media screening Framework Reference BLC0288. The Metropolitan Police Service are looking to purchase Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) software to conduct open source checks. The Open Source Analysis will need to conduct comprehensive and automated open-source searching for adverse activity over any time frame retained by the source, using identifying application information provided by users. The requirement has been divided into three phases: Phase 1.1 - MPS Professionalism Phase 1.2 - Counter Terrorism Policing Head Quarters Phase 2 - MPS Firearms Licencing Phase 3 - MPS Intelligence Implementation of phases and the associated volumes will be confirmed during the contract period. Phases 2 and 3 are not guaranteed. The Contract Term will be for a period of 3 years with two x 12 months optional extensions.
