CMAL require a sole supplier to manage and be responsible for the delivery of a variety of services including but not limited to maintenance, reporting and development of CMAL’s IT software services.

Renewal Options

There will be a provision for CMAL to extend the contract, at its sole discretion, by up to four (4) periods of one (1) year each. CMAL reserves the right to purchase additional requirements from this contract.
