The Imagination Library is a unique programme operated by Dollywood Foundation UK. Due diligence has confirmed there is no alternative supplier capable of providing the programme. Dollywood owns and operates the programme, including the BOS management system, logistics, curated book selection process and associated intellectual property. There are no reasonable alternative suppliers capable of delivering an equivalent service. Procuring the books and associated systems independently would significantly increase costs and would not replicate the programme or its benefits.
