Description

This exercise is for the supply of double-glazed units by a sole supplier to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Maintenance, Repairs and Overhaul (MRO) Stores from 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with an option to extend till 30 September 2030.

Renewal Options

The contract will come to its natural expiry by default on 30 September 2029, with an option to extend for another 12-month period till 30 September 2030. The council is under no obligation to exercise this option and reserves the right to determine whether an extension is required. Where the extension option is exercised, the Authority will provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice to the Contractor.
