Legal Justification

This modification notice is being published to reflect the transition of the contract from the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) regime to the Provider Selection Regime 2023 (PSR 2023) under Direct Award Process B. As part of this transition, the total contract value has increased by more than 25% compared to the original contract value. In accordance with the requirements of the PSR 2023, a modification notice is therefore being published to ensure transparency regarding the change in contractual arrangements and contract value.

This service is aimed at adults aged 55 years of age and over experiencing hearing and communication difficulties.
