Description
Clarion / Latimer requires Managing Agents who can work with Clarion and Latimer from the Development and Design stage through Build and Mobilisation to Operate and Manage Clarion properties and provide the required Managing Agent services. Clarion wishes to procure Service Providers to provide a managing agent service across multi tenure blocks and estates including affordable rent, private leasehold, shared ownership and market rent.
Award Criteria
| Appendix 1 - PSQ Questionnaire | All bidders need to meet the Mandatory Requirements of this PSQ Questionnaire |
| Open Tender | Suppliers must achieve a minimum overall score of 60% to be awarded a place on the Framework. However, where fewer than two Managed Agents are available for a particular Region, Clarion may, at its sole discretion, award a place to the highest-ranked Supplier below the 60% overall score. Any such exception shall apply only to the specific Region for which insufficient supplier coverage exists and shall not entitle the Supplier to be appointed in any other Region. |
