Description

YPO internal Contract for the supply of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including licencing, development and implementation, knowledge transfer, user training, systems integration and associated services, ongoing support and maintenance. The contract is designed to meet the high expectations of YPO in terms of quality, functionality and price by replacing part of our Legacy system which was rolled out company-wide.

Legal Justification

The system in place under tis contract needs upgrading to bring it to the latest supported version. The incumbent supplier has an in depth understanding of our bespoke codebase that underpin critical YPO business operations. Introducing a new supplier while simultaneously upgrading the base system to a supported version would present significant technical and operational challenges, particularly in maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the system throughout the upgrade period.

Please note that originally supplier awarded this contract was Azzure IT limited. Following integration of Azzure into Advania UK Limited, the contract was novated to Advania on 28/11/2023. Additionally, original Contract Notice and Contract Award Notice were published in OJEU. Due to lack of access by the UK Contracting Authorities and supplier novation, YPO re-published a Contract Award Notice on FTS to remain transparent.
