| Cost of Software Product | The scoring will be based on the cost of the software product meeting our proposed budget for the software contract. The implementation costs will also be taken into consideration. |
| Demonstration of Software product | This criteria will look at the software product, how intuitive it is to use, the applied functionaity, evidence of integrations, and the feedback given by our primary customer facing users. |
| Functionality of the Software Product | This criteria will look at the over functional and non functional elements Set out in both the tender and PQQ. Additionally the reviewing of all the elements provided in the Tender document |
