Description
The HCPC requires support to scope, design and build the necessary operational reporting suite (covering, for example, case load, case progression, compliance with key milestones/key performance indicators and management of key risk areas) using Power BI in relation to FtP performance.
Award Criteria
| Approach | Describe your proposed delivery approach for all three workstreams. Include key activities, deliverables, milestones, governance arrangements, knowledge transfer and handover arrangements. Also describe how you will ensure you gather and fully understand that the HCPC needs (including that of subject matter experts in FtP and the HCPTS, any systems limitations) and manage that to develop intuitive management interfaces that enable rapid identification of the root causes of issues and concerns. (Max 4 pages) |
| Understanding requirements | Outline your understanding of the HCPC, our requirements and the context in which we are operating and describe your understanding of the objectives and key challenges (and how you will overcome these) of the HCPC's objective to improve FtP data reporting (Max 3 pages) |
| Quality of proposed solution | Describe how you will ensure that the reports are accurate, consistent and accessible, and can be owned and modified by HCPC going forward. (Max 2 pages) |
| Team and Resources | Provide details of the personnel proposed to deliver the contract, including their roles, relevant experience, qualifications and anticipated level of involvement. (Max 1 page; add CVs as appendix to your submission) |
| Risk Assessment | Identify the principal risks to successful delivery of the contract and describe the mitigation measures you would implement to manage those risks |
| Mobilisation | Describe how you will mobilise the contract and become operational by the required Commencement Date. Include key mobilisation activities, timescales, dependencies and resource commitments. |
| Experience | Provide up to three examples of comparable projects delivered within the last five years. For each example, describe the client's requirement, your role, outcomes achieved and relevance to this contract. (Max 3 pages) |
| Sustainability | Describe how your proposal will deliver sustainable benefits to HCPC beyond the duration of the contract, including knowledge transfer, capability building and reducing reliance on external support. (Max 1 Page) Please also provide details of any relevant sustainability, environmental, social responsibility or ethical business standards, certifications or accreditations held by your organisation (for example ISO 14001, Carbon Reduction Plan, Net Zero commitments, B Corp, EcoVadis, or equivalent). |
