West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) and Local Authorities require high-quality, robust data on the travel behaviour of residents across West Yorkshire to inform policy-making; support the development, appraisal and evaluation of transport strategies and schemes; and to understand the wider impacts of transport investment and policy decisions.
