This Procurement relates to services within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and is accordingly being run in accordance with the rules concerning "Light Touch Regime". Other Information
The successful supplier will be responsible for supplying all Security Services in accordance with the Council's Specification. The Transfer of Undertaking (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) Regulations 2006 will apply to this tender, bidders will be required to download, sign and upload, through the Q&A section, a TUPE Undertaking of Confidentiality in the Council's e-procurement system, SourceDogg, before the Council is able to provide the TUPE details and information.
