Description
London Borough of Waltham Forest is looking for consultancy services to assist with Revenues Resilience - processing high volume work within its Revenues service to ensure that we identify correct liability or rateable occupation to bill, collect and enforce Council Tax and Business Rates. We are seeking flexible approach to processing revenues work, to support collection and recover Council Tax and National Non Domestic Rates (NNDR). The service provider will be expected to make available sufficient suitably qualified staff to deliver the skilled knowledge and support as the project requires, whilst remaining flexible in terms of the resources required, especially during holiday periods. The council will use Dynamic Purchasing System to select the specialist providers. It is planned to open the project for competition in early February 2021. Organisations must be fully enrolled to Dynamic Purchasing System to participate in this competition. The DPS is run on technology platform https://www.adamprocure.co.uk/ provided by adam HTT.
