Description

In accordance with Housing Benefit and Council Tax legislation the service is required where Claimants appeal a decision made by the Oxford City Council that a formal submission is to be made to the appropriate tribunal service for a legal hearing. The Benefit Service has procured the service for the submission and attendance of tribunal hearings of the appeal procedures.
