Contract 54 - Windows and Doors Replacements - Responsive Repairs 2021 - 2024

Description

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Providers to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of its responsive repairs, Contract 54 for Windows and Door replacements 2021-2023 (the Works), the provider is to provide the full Scope of Works, included in the full Tender pack. Successfully awarded Providers will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract. The Authority will be acting as Principal Contractor and successful Providers will be in capacity of a Sub-Contractor. It is envisaged that 3 Providers will be appointed to the Framework. The scope of works includes responsive repairs to windows and doors in residential properties along with all associated works. Works are to be completed in occupied properties. Options The Framework is for an initial 24 month period with the option to extend for a further 12 month period and the renewals will be undertaken at the sole discretion and in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders.
