Description
PA Housing is conducting a tender for the provision of cleaning to our blocks and communal areas. This procurement is a multi lot procurement and covers the areas of East London, West London, Surrey, South Leicester and Northants, Nottinghamshire and Leicester. The contracts are to start in April 2022 and will be for an initial 3 years with the option to extend.

1.19.7 Part 1: Tenderers are to note the requirements below when responding the questions set out in Part 1 (Potential Supplier Type Information):ii. Question 1.1(j) queries if "it a legal requirement … for you to possess a particular authorisation, or be a member of a particular organisation in order to provide the services specified in this procurement?" Since the contracts will including include the delivery of Cleaning services to blocks and communal areas owned and managed by PA Housing, it is a desirable requirement that Tenderers demonstrate they are members of the following organisation(s):• City and Guilds Cleaning and Support Skills Certificate or a relevant course endorsed bythe British Institute of Cleaning Services (BICSc)
