Legal Justification
The Scottish Huntington’s Association is the only organisation in Scotland which provides specialist dedicated support to individuals either at risk of developing or with a diagnosis of Huntington’s Disease and their family and carers whose lives are impacted by Huntington’s Disease. The Scottish Huntington’s Association is a charity registered in Scotland to provide specialist support and advice to those impacted by Huntington's Disease in Scotland. There are separate charities registered to provide these services in England and Wales.
