Tenders were invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to Category 2 - ESOL - English Speakers Of Other Languages of the EMP with relevant experience and ability to deliver ESOL In Kirklees 2022 (the "Services") as detailed in the Further Competition documents. The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately £33,600 (Thirty Three Six hundred pounds) per annum. The anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 1st September 2022.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") wishes to establish a programme of services with a maximum of Two (2) suitable Delivery Partners for qualified tutor led Non-Accredited community based ESOL courses. Applicants can also work in partnership with other partners and submit a partnership bid. Applicants must name all sub-delivery partners in the bid. The approximate total value for these services will be £33,600 for the entire Twelve (12) month duration of the programme (September 2022 to August 2023) with an option to extend delivery for a further Four (4) month period to allow for completion of outcomes and outputs. Contracts may also be extended up to a maximum of 50% of the original contract value at the discretion of Kirklees Council subject to availability of funding and performance.
