***THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION**** This contract has been awarded. Aims and Objectives of the Project BEIS expects the supplier to produce quality assured, accessible reports. The reports should be written for a non-technical audience. The reports or a summary of the reports will be published following quality assurance and clearance. BEIS will appoint external academics from the BEIS Evaluation Peer Review Group to review each of the reports. The evaluator will be expected to make reasonable adjustments to their reports based on the reviewers feedback. As referred to earlier in this ITT the core deliverables for this evaluation are: • To develop an Evaluation Framework with Theory of Change model and a detailed plan for measurement of that (within 8-12 weeks of commission). • To carry out an process evaluation (draft by January 2023, final version by March 2023) with a detailed report, including recommendations.
