NHS Supply Chain: Food is planning to establish a Dynamic Market for the supply of products including but not limited to: fruit, vegetables, prepared potatoes, salads, milk, dairy products, eggs, bread, morning goods, fresh meat, fresh poultry, fresh fish and meat alternatives. The Dynamic Market is expected to be divided into lots. Final lot structure and scope will be detailed in the future tender notice. The current intention is to use a Dynamic Market. However, NHS Supply Chain: Food reserves the right to adopt a different procurement approach if deemed more suitable.
