2. Description of the procurement
NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - St Helens Place intends to award a 2 year contract with an option to extend for 1 year via Direct Award C to the incumbent provider to deliver counselling support to Children We Look After (CWLA Titanium) and children who are bereaved or struggling with loss(Butterflies) in St Helens. The contract will start on 1st September August 2025, expires on 31st August 2027and July 2027 and has an option to extend for 1 year.
3. Information about options
The intended contract award includes an option for a 1 year extension, making the expiry date 31st August July 2028.
