Powys County Council established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Highways and Civil Engineering Works throughout Powys County. The DPS was extended in July 2024 for a further 12 months. This award notice relates to any awards made following mini-competition tender processes for the period 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2025.
