Description

Beechfield Court in Middlesbrough is an extra care scheme and the project scope includes M&E works to communal areas and the plant room. The works also include door entry system and new CCTV to be installed and linked back to HQ. A suitable cable will be installed for future warden control, with dedicated cupboards to be created to house this equipment. Any areas disrupted during the works are to be replaced and made good accordingly.
