An Open Procedure is currently anticipated. However, the Authority may consider using an appropriate framework agreement (e.g. CCS), subject to internal approval.

Renewal Options

Duration: 4 years initial, with two optional extensions of 2 years each (total up to 8 years) An implementation period of circa 4 months is expected following contract award and prior to full service commencement. This will include system configuration, testing, training and dual running to ensure a smooth transition from existing arrangements.
