The University of Exeter currently has a number of diparate systems managing our extensive Research Facilities with combined functionality covering areas such as; space booking, asset tracking, maintenance, cost recovery, with many other facility management processes handled locally and manually across differing areas. With several of these existing solutions nearing end of Contract, the University has a time-sensitive opportunity to rethink its approach. Rather than replace like-for-like, we are seeking to implement a centralised, digital Facility Management System that streamlines operations, enables robust cost recovery, supports strategic planning, and improves the user experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
