The London Borough of Hillingdon is the second largest borough, situated on the outskirts of London, with around 239 parks and open spaces, including pocket parks, recreation parks and country parks. For the year 2024/2025, The London Borough of Hillingdon had 3,400 square meters of Spring flowering bulbs planted as part of their Parks Improvement Programme. In 2025 / 2026 financial year, Hillingdon Council will be investing in five more parks and wish to plant around approximately 1,300 Spring flowering bulbs in four out of five parks.
