Description
An ESPO framework for the supply of janitorial and cleaning equipment, such as mops, brushes, cleaning cloths, cleaning trolleys, litter pickers etc. Goods are for ESPO stock and direct delivery to ESPO customers. The framework is divided into 8 lots.
Lot Division
| 1 | Brooms and Brushes Bulk supply of brooms, brushes and associated handles for delivery to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester, to be held in stock by ESPO. For further details, please refer to the procurement/tender documents. |
| 2 | Cloths and Sponges Bulk supply of cloths and sponges, including tea towels, oven gloves, scourers etc. for delivery to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester, to be held in stock by ESPO. For further details, please refer to the procurement/tender documents. |
| 3 | Mops, Buckets and Sweepers Bulk supply of mop heads and handles, buckets, sweepers and mopping kits for delivery to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester, to be held in stock by ESPO, as well as for direct delivery to individual ESPO customers. Renewal Options
Once the initial period of the contract has ended (i.e., 31 March 2028), there is the option to extend the framework by up to a further 23 months. This is dependent on ESPO, ESPO Customers, and market needs, as well as the performance of sales. All estimated values captured in this notice include the option to extend the framework as noted above.
