Description

Repairs and Construction Services are currently carrying out internal refurbishment works to communal areas of Multi Storey blocks within the city of Newcastle upon Tyne. There is an ongoing programme of works phased between this and future years, with works currently taking place across the City at various blocks. The overall refurbishment works include electrical upgrade, ceiling renewals, decoration, and renewal of floor coverings to communal areas. As part of these works it has been identified that the current back up Wet Risers at some blocks are no longer fit for purpose.
